Refund Policy

Everything we make at IE Creations is handmade — built by hand, one piece at a time. Because of the time and materials that go into each item, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis and ask that you read this policy before reaching out.

Handmade & 3D-Printed Items

All of our products — resin mezuzahs, shtenders, challah boards, fidget toys, gabbai cards, and other handmade pieces — are made to order or in small batches. Due to the handmade nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size.

Small natural variations in color, texture, and finish are normal and expected. They are part of what makes each piece unique, not defects.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom orders (items made to your specifications, with personalized text, colors, or designs) are non-refundable. Once production has begun on a custom piece, we cannot accept cancellations.

If you need to make changes to a custom order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before production starts.

Damaged or Defective Items

We are not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery, or for items lost or damaged by the carrier after we hand them off. If your order was shipped with insurance, we can help you file a claim with the carrier.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package cannot be located within a few days, contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.

Etsy Orders

If you purchased through our Etsy shop, Etsy's own buyer protection policies also apply. You may open a case through Etsy if we are unable to resolve your issue directly.
